The Ice in my LHS in Calgary, Alberta is $200. I would suggest the MultiPlex LN5014. You can get an inexpensive power supply (which you need with the ice as well, unless you run off of a battery) and the Multiplex for cheaper than the Ice. I have them both. But if you're not planning on electric onroad, the Multiplex is perfect. It charges LiPo, Li Ion, NiMh, Nicd, Lead acid (starter box), and discharges them all as well.
If you plan on doing electric onroad in the future, go with the ice. If you will be doing offroad only, or nitro onroad, the Multiplex is a better choice, for the wallet at least.
