See the little hole in the rear of the bottom pod plate? You measure from that center hole in both directions with calipers to equalize the distance to the inner (or outer) side of the wheels. You should have a selection of 1/4" diameter spacers to place on the outer sides of the axle bearings so the axle is centered.
