rebound is the amount / force / speed the shock shaft extends from the shock after being compressed.
(push the shock in, and if it rebounds quickly, and to full distance you have lots of rebound)...if it doesnt come out on its own force you have none
To adjust rebound, try more or less oil in the shock, and various foam bobbins or orings inside the top cap
