Because the JP and Collari .12 engines are all crap.
Even L. Collari doesn't run his own engines. They are just marketing tools with his name on them. And for the JP's, unless you are willing to go buy a decent carb then your wasting your time. At our track the local Collari dealer gave the engines away free just to get rid of them.
A Rodi or Salven will eat either of them and still want more.
