After reading this thread, because I was considering a GT7, some things come to mind...
Darkseid: So, which ESC have you decided to get??? I'm in the same place that you are; trying to decide.
Performance is important. Very important!!! But what concerns me most is reliability. I'm willing to pay a premium to get an ESC that will last. My Tekin G9 was "rock solid" for years.
I'm leaning towards the Keyence, but I'm concerned about possible repair/replacement.
