my setup is pretty simlir to Chris Grainer's.. i'm running white spring in front, yellow spring in the back. silver roll bar in front, none in the rear. 40wt both front and rear. i might go down to 35wt in the rear to try out.
front shock in the middle hole / rear shock in the most outter hole.
.5 ~ 0 toe in front / 3 toe in the rear
thats what i run last weekend.

Thanks Ming! I'll maybe drop front shock oil a little Im running 45 in front. I probably won't be at the Express race (although not sure yet) I can't see spending $50+ for entry to go to a race where I have to put new tires on every heat to be competitive. We'll see though.
