Slo, try this: (starting from stock settings)
-37s tires
-front 59-60mm
-rear 61-62mm
(if you run a 30min main go to a 3-3.5mm split - round off edge of tire)
(if you traction roll, cut the outside edge of front tires at a 45 degree angle)

-front ride height: 5mm
-rear ride height: 6-7mm
(sounds high, but you want the car to roll more than slide)

-front spool or 50k-100k diff (I prefer spool for tight loose tracks)
-rear diff: 10k
(depending on tire wear, you may want to run a front diff)

-front springs: light blue
-rear springs: dark blue

-front droop: 2mm over ride height
-rear droop: 2-4mm over ride height
(2mm works good all around, just keep track of tire wear)

-1mm shims under front upper arms

-front toe out: -0.5
-rear toe in: 1.5 - 2.0 (any more rear toe, you'll start to push)

-front camber: 2
-rear camber: 3

Hope this helps. Oh and another good tuning aid is the clutch. If you run your clutch with a .4mm endplay, try .5mm. And for the spring nut, if you run .8, try 1mm. This should help keep you from over reving power to the wheels.
