The car Billy is running is not stock in that there are some prototype parts on the car that Billy designed. Not much different than any other MFG does when refining a car. The car is not far from a stock BD. Further there is a slightly different upper deck also.
I don't intend this to take away from Billy's efforts nor driving but the comment it is FAR FROM STOCK are on the far side of the truth.
