Pins breaking,pins sliding out even with locktite on it and so on.

I had a rear pin come out in my main this weekend and that even with it being thread locked. I put in a new pin and re-thread locked the set screw. Then I did the shrink wrap trick over the rear CVD's so I highly doubt this will happen ever again, at least in the rear.
Now in the front I have the Titanium axles with the alum cvd. The pins stay in but I have problems keeping the pins in that the blade fits over. They are so loose that I could push them out with my fingers!!!!!!!!!!!
The worked loose when I ran the spool but with the one way in I did not have that problem. I'm going back to the spool so looks like I will be using a tiny amount of JB weld. Just enough to keep the pin in but if I need to change it I can still get it out if need be.
