Default CDC V6b Problem

I have an eagle CDC V6b charger that i have had from new for nearly 2 years. In this time it has worked faultlessly and has not been abused.

Today I have gone to use it after a few weeks break and keep getting an error message stating battery voltage to high.

This still happens using different packs of varying capacity - 3300's, 3700's and 3800's.

I have not changed power source or any other settings on the charger.

The batteries have been discharged and equalised.

The first figures I can see on the screen before it beeps, errors and disappears are 13.44 volts. It will do this whether i try to charge, boost or partial charge. It is happy to discharge a battery but they are already discharged, so ends after a few seconds.

If i put the same batteries on my other CDC charger, no problems, charges nicely with a starting voltage around 7.4 - 8 volts.

Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a solution and please don't just say to get a different/better charger. I hate to think the charger has had a total spit.

Thanks,
David
