If you're wanting to beat a nitro car, I would first upgrade the chassis you're running. You can get quite a good deal on some high end cars on here. Then drop in a 5.5R or 4.5R and put a little C-YA sticker on the back of your car, cause that's all he's going to see... We have several guys running the 5.5R and the Reedy/LRP NEO 1 4* and we motor right past the nitro cars on a straight that's in the neighborhood of 150'. The infield of the track is pretty tight, so the nitro cars don't have a chance..
