0 degree offset wheels do run a bit close to the hubs, especially while cornering. However there are a couple ways around it.
1. If you are using the standard plastic hexes, you can put a 1mm washer between the bearing and the hex.
2. If you have alloy hexes with the locking screws, you can just space it out from the bearing and use the lock screw to hold it in place on the axel.

I personally run the alloy hexes but also use the washer for added security in case you cop a hit in the rear wheel, it won't push in.
