the rex is the same thing as an xtm buggy i had one i got in a package deal
i wouldnt take another one for free unless it was the xtm pro just to bash
the hyper 7 is real big in the UK so it should be real easy to find parts for
the gs i had a few gs storm pro's there not bad at all i would take one over a hyper 7 if it was a pro version
if it was me i would go with what is easy to get parts for so you know you wont be waiting for the mail man every day for a stupid part you could have spend a few bucks more on buying retail at a shop
there are even a few sellers from the UK on ebay that sell alot of hyper 7 parts a chance to save some $$$$$
