Some say 2mm is what the integy can handle. I dont even push it that far. I normally do like .5mm otherwise it does kinda bog , but it doesnt stop at 2mm...but itll get close. I think its too much either way for a clean cut. Just do a little at a time. Easier on the motor , less heat on the blade and better cut tires.
