I have raced these motors since they came out. I too would check the glow plug first, then make sure you have no holes in your fuel lines (look for sm pin holes too). Once you have checked all that reset your needles. The low speed should be flush with the end, then turn your hig speed in very slowly all the way until it stops (don't go to far or you will mess up the needle) once you have closed it then turn it out 3 3/4 turns. The go from there. If you need to you can close the low speed 1/16 of turn until it runs. I hope that helps.


PSO, if you don't have anything god to say to somebody about there problem, don't say anything. All I ever see you right is how great the Savage is and everything else is junk. You seem to know it all, but you don't!!! It's getting old!!! For your info, the 2.5 is one of the fastest engines out there, faster then ANY savage motor, unless you've upgraded to some high tech motor.
