Nope... the infamous notice to the dealers were because in some batch of Mugen USA they found some conrods that weren't up to spec, this caused a complete recall of ALL the engines, they were revised and the conrods are fine. If I blew the conrod of this engine, the dealer told me he will stand up (the same goes for the importer - which by casuality is a friend of the childhood). No fear to blow a conrod, shit happens everywhere.
