I'm no motor guru but a 19T with adjustable timing is in essence a machine wound 19T mod motor. It only makes snese that a motor with adjustable timing will be faster in most cases.

You get everyone on the same page by only allowing fixed timing 19T motors, if someone wants to mess with timing let them run mod.
