Not ignoring your question ...just haven't been able to talk to the right people out at the fairgrounds yet to get you a definite answer on the RV situation.
Also, I have talked to the Roseville PD (it's been long enough and all my records are sealed
) ...and they are going to doing "extra patrols" around the track during the race, we're still looking into some kind of overnight security as well. Just so you have an idea see the pic below, that is where the police station is, right in front of the track and the police cars drive in and out of the station right there wher the arrow is pointing.
