it shouldnt hurt it buddy.if you just run a 90 degree countersink in the 82 degree one,you can get pretty good head contact.on another note,carbide countersinks are the way to go with such an abrasive material.carbon fiber does not like to be cut like alloys,it likes to be shaved.a countersink with any sort of helical cutting edges will split the material.multi flute countersinks with multiple cutting edges are ideal for the job.they go through carbon fiber like a hot knife through butter with no lift in the material.hope this helps.
