I will get into more details very soon, but here is a few.
The batteries can't be moved forward because it was decided that the battery placement is best between the original slots (half a cell forward) and anymore or less moves it to far forward or to far back. Also the testing is being done with the new 3300's and these batteries weight 1.5oz more than ultra's. 3300's were used by almost all cars in the stock & modified A-main's in Cleveland so Warpspeed felt testing would be best with 3300's. This is the reason I've been given by Warpspeed for battery placement.
I believe he is looking into the NTC3 steering option already.
