i would have to say it is the engines fault. the bearings come with the motor, which the manufacturer has installed in the engines. if the bearings fail , the engine fails. at the time of my 2 engine failures, 3 other force 12's failed inner crank bearings. thats a total of 5 motors in as little as 4 weeks, and they were all fairly new, 2-3 race meets old. My OS has raced 5 rounds now, held its tune never flamed out, and is still giving me trouble free racing, so i would have to say OS has got their bearing manufacturer correct, and force engines were taken over by OFNA, maybe their bearing manufacturer isnt as good as OS's. sounds like what your trying to say is for Eg, Fords are a bucket, because they have so many faults with them, ie- the alloy that the heads are made of are soft and the first time they get hot they do a head gasket, or fuel pumps keep failing, due to plastic the veins are made of. mate , they are fitted to the vehicle by Ford, these faults cause the vehicle to be undrivable, stall or even have to be towed to a workshop to be repaired. so if they told the customer, hey its not our fault because our supplier of materials have got it wrong, it doesnt ease the customers pain, the next car they buy im sure wont be a Ford.
Ps, in no way are there faults of this kind on Fords. this is an example only, and sorry to all Ford owners for using this as an example.
