Hey Nemisis.
First off take the spool out and place a reg diff in the front. espcially with the added grip fromt he carpet. those 35 shore tires you are using are more meant for Nitro racing on Asphalt. Pick up a set of Jaco foam d/pink rear and d/pink/orange fronts. ( don't forget to Glue the edges with CA) You could bring you oil weight in the back down. The spring not sure what the weight or what kind your using.
