I purchased an 2005 Evolva new to get back into 1/8 gas after being out of it for 13+ years. All I can say about the kit, is what a change!!! KIt built well out of the box, not like the old kits.
I do have a question as to how to get more turn in with the car. I'm not sure about coming out of the corner as the clutch was not set correct and the clutch was set to loose. However, it was consitant. I was running the setting pretty much as it was shipped. I did change to gray front springs, but still had the black rears in the car. I was running 35's all around.
One area that I know would help would be to use a new body. I had 3 or 4 unused Lolas for the early 90's. I did compair to the new and what a change. The front is almost 1" shorter and the back is 1-1/2" taller.
