You will need 10 people to run the outlaw 1/10th scale class. If you can get 10 people total, whether they are all 235mm cars, 200mm outlaw cars, or a combination of the two, then they will allow the class to run. If not, then you will either have to find a 1/10th scale touring car or an 1/8th scale car if you want to run in the Biggie.
