I have seen pics of cars here with the tie rods so jacked up the car must have 10deg of toe in every time they got off the throttle...lol! I am just trying to help new guys get it right so they have fewer tuning issues.
You are right about tuning with bump toe but there are a lot of other adjustments to use before you need to start tuning bump toe. In a setup article years ago Joel Johnson said that a pan car should never have bump toe in but bump toe out could be good under certian conditions.
