I'd bet it's the droop settings.
I've gone away from using droop guages and just use my ride height guage. So if you want 2 mm of droop, check the setting ride height, then lift on the chassis right at the point the wheels come off the ground and then recheck the ride height holding the car with the wheels just touching still. Whatever the amount subtract your static ride height and thats your droop setting.
