Hi Lil Paul,
Here is basically when I would use the three different rear blocks.
Low Bite traction = 6.5
Medium traction = 5.5
High Bite traction = 4.5
Short Note : The droop setting would need to be re-set as you change from one block to the other since it either raises/lowers your hinge pin position (depending on the block you have on).
