I tend to use CS22s GLs, no issues with inserts that way! The new VTEC range are meant to be pretty darn good too.
I use V-TEC myself and found them to be very consistant and have used J A M I N's setup with the shock tower at he front of the reat bulk- head, found the corner speed real good
