Dremel to the rescue! Lay the pulley flat and use the face of a cut-off wheel. Obviously this would be the primitive pete ethod but it works. I never nooticed how thin the 415 one way pully was i am thinking next time i will use another diff pully since the only difference seem to be the center diameter. Right now the only thin centering the pully is the screws. There does seem to be a small amount of wobble. At least using the diff pully reamed out it could be made to ride on the center ring of the one way.
