the first two from bottom seems to give more rear bite on throttle but the 3rd and 4th seems not. Try this: use the lowest mount, push down the rear end (hold and push down the engine head), you will see the rear side (of the body) will increase. Use the 3rd hole, it will do the opposite.
On the track, I felt that the more vertical the arms were the more hi-speed traction the car had.
