even if it is plastic it would still be fairly tough.i run a plastic b4 and i have never broken a part on the track apart from a couple of bent ball cups.believe me, i have some wicked crashes haha.thats racing mod too.we are guaranteed to have a couple of broken losi graphite or ftb4 buggies by the end of the meeting.
id say this buggy would be a test mule for a more competetive one.put this one on the market, see what breaks where and improve on it for a trf style buggy.
as for plastic being heavy, it probably is.but my b4 is heavier than my old tamiya super astute(work that out),both were running the exact same radio gear.
