Don't forget to ask your Hobby shop which of the two kits has a better parts back up. Also Have a look on his display and see for yourself which kit he has the most spares for. Believe me it is just as Important as any of the other considerations you will have to make.
When I had my Tamiya TA03F I was searching for a few Hop Ups. (The car was still in production at the time). I tried every shop in my area and no one stocked the parts I wanted. I finally ordered them through one of the local stores and three months later I got the phone call that the parts had finally arrived..... Not the sort of thing you want to have to go through every time you want a part is it???
Parts Back up should be one of your highest priorities when buying a Kit in my opinion.
