Each to their own. The bearings I got weren't to be recommended, can't remember the name of the firm, but as I was saying above, the rubber seals were very bad and created friction which negated any free-rolling effects the bearings may have had.
Maybe I should test the Boca bearings.....send me a set over, Robert and I'll give you my opinion
Like Robert, I also clean my bearings very regularly - after two days of running at the weekend, all bearings are flushed and re-lubed. Buying ceramics and then not maintaining them is certainly a waste of money. You can only get the best out of the bearings by looking after them.

ITs all about the seals man. Ive a feeling you tested the ACER ones.
Utter rubbish I found them. Some of the seal was binding while other portions left huge gaps.
Boca are the best in my opinion. Stay away from Acer
