this is what i have found out on the co27 this motor is for touring
on tight tracks they have alot of punch i have used 767s in them
and at 17.9 amp s on dyno i was getting 24k to 25k rpms when i ran it
at the track it was a dog on the straght away but lot of corner speed in the infield witch i like anyway ,but i wanted this motor to be fast all around.
so i put 4499s in them red and red spring, i got 27k to 29k rpms at 17.9. amps. tourq was still 9.5. at 28.0 amps watts 128 so i was happy with that . i went back to the track and ran it was geared 2 teeth up and man i was ripping , but
i still think i can gear higher but i wanted to do all the testing i can. next is my speed brush i will have more this week
so if you gear at a 27.5 rollout with a monstor you sould be at 29.8
is a good starting point
hope this helps bob
