If it is strictly between the Pro4 and the Team TC4 (not the Factory Team), then the Pro4 is a far better car.
The Factory Team TC4 is in the same class (and price range) as the Pro4, so between those two it is more a matter of taste and convenience (like which has better support at the local parts shop).
