If you changed the size of the alligator clips that should not effect anything....if you changed the size of the wire LEADS that will effect your numbers. Also as CW said you need to use both sets of alligator clips when you are cycling or discharging a pack....if you dont use the set with the smaller size wire when discharging/cycling you will get wrong readings as far as your voltage and runtime go.
