Yes i personally think a clean pass it a good pass, or even a block pass, to slip in, but you must also consider that at the Tamiya Track there isnt much room for passing and the Starting Grid, personally i think is set in the wrong place, so normally the start is where you see most of the Contact.
I met Scotty in Italy at the Worlds where he was an Official and Not an Anouncer, so im sure he has a game plan in Order.
me as well if i take the person out, i wait until he is in the position he was before, but not many have this principal, it would be nice but, it doesnt happen that often!
