As we know racing in Italy is very big thing-Formula 1, Rally, Nitro etc. and Rossi is very popular name in Italy. From famouse names in Nitro development we know Hugo and Cesary Rossi ( founders of original "Rossi" ), Mario Rossi-brain of Novarossi and Andrea Rossi founder of Sirio.
as for power just look the link I posted and you will find hat motors for esample were using in 1996 worlds and you will find that 90% of them were made in former Soviet Union in all "power" classes as team racing, speed and combat. Luis Paramon (control line speed) world champion for last 15 years and he is using PROFI motors. In Pilon racing MB40 PROFI is simbol of insane power.
I can talk about engines for hours, but got to go.
BTW, I was using in airmodeling and boating Rossi R15 and Rossi F15 in old days and both engines was really good for its time. As for big size engines (29-90) OPS brand was much better.
