RS kit is the downgrade version or cheaper verison of TC Special.
All the parts are not graphite and it comes with only front one way (6mm I think). But the RS kit does not include center one way like the TC Special.
If you can wait a little, just get the TC Special Version 2. This is coming out in December anyway. No one will have any information on how much it will be but it sure worth more money than the RS kit.
