I found this to be the case I ended up going a couple of teeth on my spur first froma 116s 28p to a 114s 28p and finaly with a 114s and a 29p seemed to work well but I am going to try a 114s 30p next time I run the car and I may even try a different spring combo and I am even going to try the putnam brush combo's and a pair of 767 and then some f brushes. I dont have a motor dyno to test but I always say the best dyno is the track and it will take a few runs to get a combo that works best for me and I will wear a few motors out testing them but hey so far so good I am impressed with it so far.
