Information on the spec S and spec V is on the hpi japan site, you'll have to use a translation site like babelfish to read it.
Compared to the standard Pro3, the Spec S has fixed links, non-threaded shock collars, and dogbones instead of CVD's (i think). It does come with tyres though.
The Spec V is Asia only, and comes with a lot of HPI Hop ups, like purple alloy parts and graphite-mix plastic parts, as well as a one-way diff, differentc caster blocks and bits like that.
$210 for a spec S seems expensive compared to the prices the standard pro 3's have been available for.
