TEKIN chargers are great chargers for the money. Either the BC112a or the BC112c are great chargers. The BC112c has a built in power supply and can run the BC112a as well. No dishcarge feature yet. But it is in the works. You should check out there Battery Doctor discharge tray for conditioning your packs.
