Pushed the two pins approx. half there length into the chassis.
The breaks still bind?
Has anybody removed some plastic from the top brace disc stop?
If I remove any more break lining I'll have no break?
Has anybody got a free rolling drivetrain with no break binding?

Did you seal the pads to the plates with thin coat of CA and squeeze tightly? If you did that and there is no gap between the pads and the plates then just sand the pads some more. Mine are free but I did have to go back and do more sanding. There is still lining left on the pads and I don't use brakes enough with a one-way to be concerned with how much is there.
