But.... If our cars are put in a position to break an arm this means there is a strong force applied to some part of the car. Something has got to give. If they give us a stronger arm, then something else will break or bend.
I would be concerned about possibly replacing more expensive parts.

The arm is still going to be the weak point. The hinge pins are thicker than my ......... well, they're thick. Low roll blocks maybe? I've seen a couple of these break. The new arms should just avoid the breaking when you graze a wall at the wrong angle. No one is asking for titanium, just a little more insurance. The rear arms supposedly eliminate the need for the metal extension by molding the block into the arm. This should beef it up a little also. Good to see Corally listening once again. This company never fails to please.
