Lord shado,
I put my cells in, soldered the battery bars on and then lightly shoe gooed them. If you try to use too much glue, when it dries it shrinks and will move the cells out of alignment even with them in the car and the battery strap in place.
A light bead of glue dries quicker too so just do the top of the cells and in an hour or so you can flip them over and do the other side.
