To promote the sport, the fast boys of nitro at Auto Salon are requeired to use Touring car bodies to emulate the full size cars at the show. The general public can relate this to say the V8 supercars as seen on TV.

Just a thought, maybe the 1/8th nitro would attract new crew by having a touring car body class. . .
