Castle Creations does great 16G wire. It's for aircraft and has very thin insulation making it flexible and light. You do need to keep and eye on it though and may need tp replace it periodically.

Unfortunately, Castle Creations no longer lists that great wire on their website. I emailed them and they said to call and they might be able to place a "special" order for me but they did not sound to excited to do so. I am also wary when the word special and order are in the same sentence. Usually means more $$. I have enough to do about five more cars but I don't know what I will do after that is gone. A "special" order could be in my future.
