Hey Guys, the updated Rx's have been out since just before Cleveland and the exact problem of shutting down HAS been fixed you just need to send in the Rx to get it replaced. I was having problems with my 12th scale shutting down and when I talked to Sonny and Eli about it Sonny told me to just bring my old Rx's to the room and exchange for the updated one.
My system has been perfect ever since!
