Here is a quote from RCRCNT ....
"We used a Coal Tar Sealer (every sealer manufacturer has this type of sealer under different brand names). Coal Tar sealer is bought in a concentrate form and thinned with water. For our full track we purchased 400 gallons of sealer, which we then cut with 100 gallons of water and then added 1lb/ gallon of med grit masonry sand"
