Senna-You can make a lightweight locked front diff to get one that weighs about 13 grams. This could be done with hand tools and a drill. Instructions on the locked front diff thread on Trinity's Tech Talk. I don't know if a Lightweight Losi spool is available yet. Dragon RC had plans to make one.
I just converted the rear Losi diff to TC3 diff parts and plastic outdrives. The diff and dogbones are 8 grams lighter than the Losi diff and aluminum dogbones. A description of the Mod is on Trinity's Tech Talk. This requires some lathe work. Not tested Yet, but looks like it will work fine.
